Bug Fixes Installation
Given how popular and useful NuGet is along with the fact that it's included in Visual Studio 2012 the MSI-based installer for the toolkit has been deprecated in favor of installation via NuGet or compiling directly from source.
Samples
There is a full featured sample application that is checked in that shows the usage of all the Windows Phone Toolkit controls. It's highly recommended that you download the latest source and run the sample app to find examples of using the controls.

Wow. it's so much worse. Fix one issue and break others. Autocomplete in a Listbox is horrible and now my app keeps crashing. I have to go back to OCT release.

Better but for example performance of ListPicker control is very poor, I even think that previous was better.

There is no target for WP8. Could you please just add support of the corresponding wp8 profile version and use exactly the same binaries - as per my tests they work fine with wp8. Later, after WP8 tools are fully released you can do a normal release.
